Evan Jarvis/Owner

Evan was born in 1963 at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He attended DISD public schools.

Mr. Jarvis studied design at UTA and construction management technology North Lake College in Irving, Texas and has over 25 years of experience in the design, planning and construction industry.

As an employee and son of a founding partner, Evan received the majority of his internship and 8 years experience with Jarvis Putty Jarvis Architects, Inc. The firm was later known as JPJ Architects, Inc where he worked directly under two founding partners and was involved in projects that are still prominent in the Dallas/Fort Worth skylines.

Mr. Jarvis’s family history spans 4 generations before him and includes a long time family business history and public service.

All of his family has served Texas and their communities. Institutions and companies such as TCU (Jarvis Hall), Jarvis Christian College, JPJ Architects and The Jarvis Press. Evan is committed to continuing the tradition of service community spirit in his work.

Over the past 5 years Mr. Jarvis was responsible for the predevelopment and over all project management for a large estate subdivision in Hendersonville, NC. During this same period he was in charge of design and over-site of construction for a multi-use development know as 7 Lakes and phase II of Shepherd’s Glen in Salado, Texas.

As contributor to public planning commissions Evan has been participated in city development planning and park planning. Experience in the private sector includes projects ranging from 400 acre master planning venture to a highly restricted 2 acre site.

As a City Planner he was responsible for development review and presented over 50 cases ranging from annexation, zoning and capitol improvements to the public and city council.
